This property was intended to be a knockdown and rebuild project, it was decided to maintain this home’s 55-year-old structure and redbrick suburban charm. With all original brickwork in excellent condition, we were interested in crafting a bespoke interior for this old jewel. Completely remodeling the interior, the home presents sleek, modern, finishes without compromising on functionality. Constructed with dark timber textured cabinetry, the open-plan kitchen and dining area creates a bold statement and chic, refined feel that echoes throughout the home, while black window frames draw attention to the suburban surroundings and expansive alfresco area. Conscious of maintaining the home’s existing structure, we redesigned the floorplan to maximize natural light and entertaining space. Replacing the master bedroom space with an open plan living, the dwelling provides vast hosting potential. In addition to the interior transformation, we re-developed the elevated timber decking area at the front of the residence – an inviting space for guests and family to enjoy throughout the year. Working with the homeowner to complete this renovation, we were given total trust in the transformation of the abode. With the client’s best interest at heart, we built the home with strong attention to details, precision, and care for the quaint redbrick structure.
