Toto's property recently helped me renovate my old old house. The house is about 90 years old and was built by my former owner. I have been hesitant about renovating and rebuilding for many years. The problem is not with money, but wanting to maintain its fine wood structure and taste. But everyone knows the difficulty, and all my friends have advised me to rebuild. To be honest, I was always worried when I first spoke to Peter. However, Peter gave me the confidence to renovate the house. After more than a year of work, I am very satisfied with their hard work results and the quality of their work. We added a bedroom, a living room, a new bathroom and a new kitchen and renovated the old bathroom and the old kitchen. Almost half of the house was rebuilt. Making the old house more habitable while also maintaining its aging feel and old American barn style. We are very pleased with this. Thanks to Toto and Peter. Toto Properties completed an extensive renovation which incorporated designing and building internal stairs, turning a storage space under the house into a fully functional laundry, recreational area and rumpus room, building an ensuite as well as completely demolishing and re-building our kitchen and bathroom.
