Whether you just have an idea to build or fully prepared with drawings, we would like to understand your situation better and provide some free professional advice to suit your need.

STEP 2 - Design Your House

If you don’t already have your drawings, we can introduce some trust worthy designers for your consideration and provide you with some information from builder’s perspective. STEP 3 - How much does it cost?

Once the design drawings are completed, we will provide you with an estimated cost for your information and further discuss your preferred internal and external finishes, product selections and engineer designs in order to prepare the formal fixed price building contract.

STEP 4 - Let’s build it!

Following the contract being signed off, we start organizing all relevant documentation to obtain the building permit and are with you every step of the way during your project. We aim to work with you closely and walk you through every step of the process. For your piece of mind, five independent inspections will be organized during the construction process.

STEP 5 - Hand Over

Here’s the exiting part! Upon obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy, we will hand over you the keys to your future home with our 50 years structural warranty! Time to enjoy your home sweet home!
